What is Seidycolon^® ToxDepur

The continued intake of organic toxins such as dioxins, heterocyclic amines, or heavy metals -such as methylmercury-, through micro-contaminated foods (fish, processed meats, agricultural pesticides …) or air pollution in urban or industrial areas, can damage the intestinal barrier, allowing the passage of toxins into the bloodstream and their accumulation in various tissues, causing the sudden and long-lasting appearance of discomfort and intestinal swelling, inflammatory discomfort in various organs, neurotoxicity, headaches, chronic fatigue, mood disturbances or the possible appearance of allergies and dermatoses.

Seidycolon^® ToxDepur contains Chlorella algae (1g), a compound with detoxifying activity. Chlorella has shown an important chelating activity (captures and retains heavy metals) and inhibits toxins, neutralizing them and eliminating them through the feces. Chlorella also contributes to the maintenance of the microflora and to the integrity of the intestinal barrier.

The result of unhealthy habits, sedentary lifestyle, tension associated with stressful life rhythms and the intake of processed foods can result in an inflammation of the intestinal wall and cause its permeability. This alteration of the intestinal barrier allows the filtration of toxins into the bloodstream and the consequent alteration of the correct functioning of the organism, affecting mainly the immune, neurological and digestive systems and potentially causing migraines, arthritis, fatigue, abdominal bloating, diarrea or erythema, among other.

The formula of Seidycolon^® ToxDepur also contains L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in plasma that participates in various metabolic activities, playing a key role in maintaining the intestinal barrier function (it is a basic component of the connective tissue of the gastrointestinal tract). Therefore, if there is a deficit of this amino acid, there may be a greater risk of alterations in the integrity of the intestinal barrier.

For its part, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) helps to maintain the acid-base balance in the body and strengthens the immune and gastrointestinal systems.

The soluble fiber inulin, promotes intestinal transit and colonic health. The bioactive compounds of Aloe vera provide cleansing, antioxidant, purifying, laxative and car- minative properties to the formulation.

Fennel, for its part, is an ingredient with a spasmolytic effect (reduces excessive bowel movement). It also has a carminative effect.

In addition, mint, anise and coriander extracts contribute to improving digestion and to the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

The formula is completed with ingredients that help protect cells against oxidative stress, such as vitamins E and C and selenium.
