What is MENOPRO^®

- With the goal to contribute to the well-being of women in menopause (or in transition to menopause), the MENOPRO® formula includes a novel combination of ingredients that act synergistically to reduce the intensity of the main climacteric symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sudden mood swings and difficulties falling and staying asleep.Standardized pollen extract (with a minimum of 10% amino acids) has shown the ability to reduce the intensity of symptoms linked to hormonal drop, with success rates exceeding 60%, in the case of night sweating, and 55% (as hot flashes and sleep disorders are concerned). This non-estrogenic effect (that is, MENOPRO® does not present the potential risks, hepatic or oncological, related to the use of some estrogen-based drugs) is reinforced by the extract of Cimicífuga racemosa, which, like the pollen extract, contributes to increasing serotonin levels -which tend to decrease with the estrogenic drop- and modulates the thermoregulatory center of the hypothalamus, in charge of controlling body temperature. The standardized pollen extract used in MENOPRO® is exine-free, that is, the grain cover responsible for its allergenic potential has been removed. In addition, MENOPRO® contains melatonin and Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, substances that facilitate falling and staying asleep, while helping moderate sudden mood swings.Among the effects of the standardized extract of pollen, it also stands out its ability to stimulate libido or sexual desire, which tends to decline as hormone levels decay during menopause and transition to menopause,Vitamin D3 -at concentrations greater than 600 IU per day – associated with vitamin K2 (for optimal absorption) positively influences mood and, along with a correct diet and moderate exercise appropriate to physical conditions of each woman, contributes to the maintenance of bone health.

How to use MENOPRO^®

Take a single tablet a day, together with a glass of water (150 ml), about 30 minutes before going to bed.
